In the middle of October, a group of four members from the casting and forging company, led by Zhang Hui, Vice Minister of Production and Manufacturing Department, took advantage of the joint inspection opportunity of the joint-stock large rotor company to visit the production base of the second heavy casting for learning from experience.

As we know, Erzhong Deyang Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. In the past two years, with the rapid increase in users and contract volume, Hangzhou Automobile Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. has increasingly high quality requirements for castings and forgings, especially for the finishing of the rear track of castings. In order to keep pace with the times and meet the quality and delivery time requirements of various users for casting products, with the support of the company's leadership, casting technical backbones have been dispatched: casting workshop Zhou Jianzhong, molding workshop Mo Jiaping, cleaning workshop Yang Zhongyi, etc, Go to the site of Erzhong to learn and exchange experiences.

The exchange included face-to-face Q&A with personnel involved in the production process of dual casting, on-site visits to the casting steelmaking workshop, molding workshop, finishing workshop, and processing workshop, as well as follow-up work. During this period, it received strong support from Sun Yanfei, Vice Minister of Erzhong Marketing Department, and Li Yan, Director of Foundry Branch.

Through exchange and learning from experience, both parties agreed that the current casting and forging company has the ability to solve the quality problems brought about by different users and the increase of capacity, especially the bottleneck problem of finishing in the rear process. Effective measures include strengthening process control, curing process signage, ensuring that there are rules to follow, and assigning responsibility to each process.
