Gather outstanding forces to promote employee growth

--Casting and forging companies carry out star employee selection activities

On the last day of 2020, in order to commend outstanding employees from various departments and enhance their enthusiasm for work, the Casting and Forging Company organized a star employee selection meeting, which was chaired by the General Manager and attended by a selection group consisting of deputy general managers in charge, general manager assistants, deputy general assistants in charge, and trade union chairmen.

At the meeting, members of the selection team carefully reviewed the star employee recommendation form submitted by various departments, and had a heated discussion. Finally, six three star employees, 10 two star employees, and 18 one star employees were determined, and they will be commended later.

The General Manager requires the employees who have been recognized to make persistent efforts, forge ahead, and reach new heights. He also calls on all employees to seize opportunities in the coming year's work, strengthen confidence, and make efforts for the company's sustainable innovation, operation, and development.
