On September 20th, a group of four experts from the standardization review team of the Zhejiang Academy of Work Safety Sciences, together with leaders from the town government, visited the casting and forging company for the on-site review of national level II standardization. During the 6-hour review process, the review team assessed and scored from the account records and on-site inspections, and ultimately the company successfully passed with a score of 83 points.
At the closing meeting, the review expert group highly affirmed the implementation of the company's Internet of Things management project and project investment in site renovation, and agreed that the company's safety production standardization system was basically established and can effectively operate, meeting the national level II standardization requirements. The expert group issued a list of issues during the review process, mainly involving mechanical equipment, thermal engineering, combustion and explosion, operating environment, electrical equipment and facilities, basic management, occupational health, and other aspects. The company's safety leadership stated that the review team's systematic professional assessment of the company is essentially a good means to promote the company's safety management level. The company will formulate rectification plans and implement rectification measures based on the professional opinions of the expert team and relevant standards and requirements, and will continue to promote the long-term mechanism of safety production standardization, making safety production work more normalized.
