Beijing Shanshui Borun Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Shanshui") is an enterprise specializing in the sales, research and development, manufacturing, and service of energy equipment in the international market. It is also one of the most important suppliers of power core equipment in China to Russia and the CIS countries.

Since its establishment, Beijing Shanshui Company has been engaged in the international business of energy equipment, especially in Russia and CIS countries, with extensive cooperation. The products involve energy giants such as Gazprom, Hydro Russia, Alcoa Russia, and partners include leaders in the energy manufacturing industry in Russia and Ukraine, such as Russian Power and Russian Union Machinery. The products cover all large-scale thermal power and hydropower projects in Russia. It is the Chinese agent of Russian Union Machinery Group, and provides professional agents for domestic nuclear power products.

On December 2, the signing ceremony of the "Twenty Year Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement" between Hangzhou Automobile Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. and Beijing Shanshui was held in the conference room on the first floor of the Tangqi factory area of Hangzhou Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. General managers, deputy general managers, and middle level personnel from both parties attended. This strategic cooperation agreement was signed by Yu Junming, General Manager of Hangzhou Steam Turbine Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., and He Hao, General Manager of Beijing Shanshui Borun Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. on behalf of both parties.

The meeting was hosted by Xia Jianzhong, the assistant general manager of Hangzhou Automobile Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., and Yu Junming, the general manager, first expressed warm congratulations on the transaction value of the contract signed by the two parties in 2022, which exceeded 100 million yuan. Based on the good trust between the two sides in the early stage, considering the long-term development strategy, we look forward to expanding the content and scope of cooperation and forming a long-term comprehensive strategic cooperative relationship based on the original cooperation and the principle of "equality, mutual benefit, cohesion, win-win cooperation, and joint development" from the management, operation, technical, and construction levels.

At the same time, the two sides have reached an intention to expand the casting and forging business in the gas turbine, nuclear power, and hydropower markets, forming a comprehensive cooperation of "information sharing, technology sharing, performance sharing, and brand sharing", expanding the market scope, improving market competitiveness, and striving to become an internationally advanced industry benchmark enterprise.

At present, Hangzhou Automobile Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. is initiating the stock reform work, and the Anhui project is under preparation and design. It is expected to officially commence construction early next year. The strategic cooperation with Beijing Shanshui can significantly reduce the proportion of related party transactions between Hangzhou Automobile Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. and its parent company, on the one hand, and bring business support to the Anhui project. In the future, Hangzhou Automobile Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. will provide higher and stronger services for the equipment manufacturing industry with a new posture.
